Scholarships
All first-time campers receive 50% off the full fee and any youth camper refering a new camper receives a discount from his/her own fee; $25.00 for Pilgrim Mini Camp or $50 for all other camps. A family camper sponsoring a first time family will be given a $50 discount from their own fees. (Not applicable for a first time camper within the same family group.) There are also sibling discounts as well as discounts for attending multiple weeks. Limited funds are available for partial scholarships for youngsters attending youth camp. The Dean and Burdick scholarships for family campers are also available. Send your application with camp deposit to the Camp Registrar by the Early Bird Deadline of April 15th. Include a letter from your pastor stating need.

Early Registration Discounts
Campers can save money and ensure that they get the camp they want by registering early. Specific savings are noted beneath each camp’s program description. Please remember that to receive the discount, you must register by the deadline below:
Early Bird: By April 15th
Full Fee: Postmarked after April 15th

Registration for all sessions (weekend, youth, and family) must be submitted to:

You will receive a postcard acknowledging receipt of your registration and fee. Should you need to be placed on a waiting list, you will be notified immediately of your options.
All campers receive a letter from their camp directors outlining the program, rules and regulations, covenantal agreement, health forms, and suggestions on what to bring, and what not to bring to camp. This usually comes about two weeks prior to the start of the camp.
Registration for full week camps will begin at either 2:00 or 3:00 p.m. Sunday. The exact time will be noted in your camp director’s letter. Camp ends the following Saturday at 10:00 a.m.
Deposit fees are noted on the registration form. In the event that you need to cancel your registration, a refund will only be granted if your notice of cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to the camping period. A $25 processing fee will be retained for all cancellations.
A $30 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
