ANNUAL MUSIC FESTIVAL
Sunday August 29, 2010

Continuous music from numerous groups begins at 2:00 PM. Hotdogs and hamburgers will be available from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. for a nominal fee, and beverages will be provided. The pool will be open and sports equipment will be available for use. The cost for this event is $2 per person, including all day beverage and admission.

WALK-4-DCC
Saturday Spetember 18, 2010

The second-annual “Walk-4-DCC” walk-a-thon will be held Saturday, September 18, rain or shine, on the grounds of DCC. As we did last year, we have set a challenging, yet obtainable goal. We have targeted 400 volunteers to collect an average of $250 each in sponsorships. If you are out of state or unable to walk due to physical limitations, that’s ok. You can walk on the grounds of DCC or at your home, wherever that may be. The important thing is that you walk. Can’t walk? No problem. Sponsorship forms and rocking chairs will be available for a “rock-a-thon” so that all may participate. For you health nuts, feel free to run! Encourage your children to participate also. Who can say no to a kid?

To participate to ensure the continued growth of the Dunkirk Conference Center for future generations, simply e-mail walk4dcc@yahoo.com. A printable sponsorship form will be sent back to your e-mail address within a few days. Weekly status reports will also be sent out periodically.

Last year we collected almost $30,000. This year we have the opportunity to meet and exceed that fugure. Won’t you help make this “annual” fundraiser a success, to ensure that future generations will continue to experience the wonder that is the Dunkirk Conference Center?
